- 1–3 years field collections experience in personal loan or credit card
- Knowledge of RBI fair practice code for loan collections
- Good Hindi communication and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler with valid licence required
- Physically fit for daily field visits
- Visit 15–20 overdue personal loan borrowers daily in Delhi NCR
- Negotiate EMI repayment plans within IndiaLends collections policy
- Collect post-dated cheques and online payment confirmations
- Update field visit records in mobile collections app
- Meet monthly field collections recovery targets
