IndiaLends is hiring Loan Operations Executives to manage loan application processing, document verification, and lender partner coordination for thousands of daily personal loan and credit card applications.
- Any graduate with 0–2 years lending, banking, or BPO experience
- Basic knowledge of personal loan KYC and income documentation
- Good computer and data entry proficiency
- Good Hindi and English communication
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Freshers with finance background welcome
- Process and verify personal loan and credit card applications
- Verify KYC, income, and bank statement documents
- Coordinate with 60+ lending partners for application status
- Handle customer application status queries via phone and email
- Meet daily processing volume and accuracy SLA targets
