We are seeking a UI/UX Lead to establish and govern a scalable UI/UX foundation across our enterprise products. This role will lead the creation and adoption of a shared component library and design system, working closely with the HCD team to ensure consistent, accessible, and high-quality user experiences.
- 10 years of experience in UI/UX engineering
- Proven track record of leading the creation and adoption of shared component libraries and design systems
- Strong understanding of accessible and high-quality user experiences
- Establish and govern a scalable UI/UX foundation across enterprise products
- Lead the creation and adoption of a shared component library and design system
