Virtusa is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to oversee complex cross-functional initiatives and project delivery. The role involves coordinating across multiple business and technology workstreams while maintaining strong project planning and governance.
- Coordinate business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, security, finance, procurement, and external vendors.
- Prepare project plans, governance submissions, management reports, and executive-level presentations.
- Manage multiple projects or workstreams concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 7–10 years of project-management or project-delivery experience, including responsibility for complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience across the full Project Development Life Cycle from concept to closure.
