Lead Software Engineer - Customer Support will be responsible for understanding how the product works and how it is used by customers. The role involves interacting with customers on-site or off-site to troubleshoot issues and provide workarounds by leveraging software development skills.
The ideal candidate should have exposure to Rest API's and Azure knowledge, including Service Bus, App Inside, Hangfire, and Redis cache.
