About the role We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our growing design team at an exciting time. As Booksy evolves to become a design-led organisation, you’ll play a key role in shaping both the products we build and how we build them. You’ll work as a solid individual contributor, taking ownership of complex product challenges from discovery through to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to ship experiences that balance user needs with business strategy. What you'll do Discovery and strategy Lead discovery work to deeply understand user and business problems Synthesise research, data, and insights into clear design opportunities Define and articulate design vision that aligns with product and business strategy Partner with product and engineering to shape roadmaps and prioritisation Design and delivery Own end-to-end design for significant features and experiences Create high-quality designs across the full spectrum - from early concepts to polished, production-ready work Prototype ideas to test hypotheses and validate solutions quickly Design and run experiments
