R Systems International is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer for their Pune office to spearhead AI and machine learning initiatives.
- Lead machine learning engineering projects and mentor team members
- Design and develop machine learning algorithms, deep learning models, and AI applications
- Implement MLOps practices and manage cloud computing platforms
- 5-7 years of experience in ML engineering with a minimum of 3 years of team leadership
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Python, and one of Java or C++
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Proven experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and artificial intelligence applications
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices
