THE OPPORTUNITY As a Lead Level Designer at Eleventh Hour Games, you will be responsible for shaping the environments, encounters, and player experiences that bring Last Epoch to life. You will guide a team of designers in creating compelling levels that balance gameplay flow, narrative integration, and visual storytelling. This role requires both creative vision and production discipline. You’ll partner closely with design, art, and engineering teams to ensure levels are fun, functional, and performant.
