Lead Consultant – SAP Enterprise Analytics Business Analyst

Lead SAP Enterprise Analytics Business Analyst will spearhead analytics lifecycle for a global SAP S/4HANA transformation, bridging business stakeholders with technical teams to translate complex manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement requirements into actionable KPIs, dashboards, and SAC stories.

• Lead end-to-end analytics lifecycle from discovery workshops to delivery, translating operational business needs into KPIs, dashboards, and SAC stories
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory/WM, and P2P to define Top-Floor to Shop-Floor operational analytics
• Define and design intuitive SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards and analytical applications for executive, managerial, and plant-level users
• Collaborate with engineering teams to leverage S/4HANA Embedded Analytics (CDS Views, Analytical Queries) and contribute to semantic data models in SAP Datasphere or BW/4HANA

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within SAP Analytics/BI environments across at least one full S/4HANA transformation programme
• Strong functional knowledge of Manufacturing operations, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory/WM, or Procurement/P2P
• In-depth understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), S/4HANA Embedded Analytics (CDS Views), and SAP Datasphere/BW/4HANA
• Exceptional stakeholder communication and liaison skills between plant leadership, SAP functional consultants, and data engineering teams
