We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented L2 Technical Support Analyst to join our product organisation, supporting clients of the inSPire platform.

This role involves working closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and the L3 Engineering team to provide technical support and be the primary technical bridge between our L1 support desk and the Engineering team.

  • Technical expertise in relevant areas
  • Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Provide technical support to clients of the inSPire platform
  • Act as the primary technical bridge between the L1 support desk and the L3 Engineering team
