Any graduate with 0–2 years KYC or document processing experience
Basic banking or NBFC KYC document knowledge
Good computer and data entry proficiency
Good English and Hindi written communication
Attention to detail and accuracy
Freshers welcome

Review and verify merchant KYC documents: GST, PAN, Aadhaar, and bank proof
Screen merchants against CIBIL and RBI defaulter lists
Activate POS terminals after successful KYC verification
Resolve merchant KYC deficiency queries via phone and email
Meet daily KYC processing volume and accuracy targets
