- 3–5 years Kubernetes administration in production
- Red Hat OpenShift experience strongly preferred
- Helm chart authoring and GitOps with ArgoCD
- Istio service mesh configuration
- Prometheus and Grafana monitoring
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification preferred
- Manage OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters for banking client
- Deploy and manage 200+ microservices workloads
- Implement GitOps deployment workflows with ArgoCD
- Configure Istio service mesh for inter-service security
- Monitor cluster health and respond to critical alerts
- Execute Kubernetes version upgrades with zero downtime
