Delhivery is hiring a Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with 10–15 large enterprise e-commerce and D2C shipper accounts in Mumbai, driving revenue retention and upsell of Delhivery's logistics and warehousing services.

  • 4–7 years B2B account management or enterprise sales
  • Logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain domain experience
  • Strong data analysis and Excel/Looker reporting skills
  • Proven track record of managing ₹10Cr+ annual accounts
  • Excellent relationship management at VP level
  • Own P&L and retention for 10–15 enterprise shipper accounts
  • Drive upsell of Delhivery fulfillment and warehousing services
  • Resolve SLA escalations and service quality issues
  • Conduct monthly business reviews with client leadership
  • Submit weekly pipeline and account health reports
