Delhivery is hiring a Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with 10–15 large enterprise e-commerce and D2C shipper accounts in Mumbai, driving revenue retention and upsell of Delhivery's logistics and warehousing services.
- 4–7 years B2B account management or enterprise sales
- Logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain domain experience
- Strong data analysis and Excel/Looker reporting skills
- Proven track record of managing ₹10Cr+ annual accounts
- Excellent relationship management at VP level
- Own P&L and retention for 10–15 enterprise shipper accounts
- Drive upsell of Delhivery fulfillment and warehousing services
- Resolve SLA escalations and service quality issues
- Conduct monthly business reviews with client leadership
- Submit weekly pipeline and account health reports
