Junior Data Scientist

Lendingkart is hiring a Junior Data Scientist to join its credit analytics team. You will assist in building credit scoring models, risk segmentation algorithms, and default prediction models for MSME lending. This is an excellent early-career opportunity to gain deep experience in financial risk modeling at a fast-growing fintech startup.

You will be mentored by senior data scientists and work with real credit bureau data, GST data, and alternative data sources to build models that directly influence lending decisions for small businesses.

• Build credit risk models using logistic regression, decision trees, and gradient boosting
• Analyze borrower data from credit bureaus, GST, and bank statements
• Support model monitoring and scorecard recalibration
