Java J2EE

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications. You will work with modern technologies including Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Reactive Programming to deliver robust enterprise solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications ensuring scalability and performance
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Build efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code following best practices
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications and deliverables
• Implement microservices architecture and integrate with third-party services
• Ensure application security and compliance with organizational standards
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy
• Handle onshore-offshore communication and lead development teams

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Java 8/11, and Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of data structures, multithreading, and concurrency
• Expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Batch)
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, Cassandra, and Oracle DB
• Familiarity with microservices-based architecture and design patterns
• Experience with RESTful APIs, unit testing (JUnit, Mockito), and CI/CD pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
