Wipro is hiring Java Developer freshers for the 2024 and 2025 graduating batch. Selected candidates undergo a 6-week WILP (Wipro Infrastructure Learning Programme) induction followed by placement on live BFSI client delivery projects.
- B.Tech/BE in CS, IT, or ECE — 2024 or 2025 batch
- Strong Core Java and OOP fundamentals
- Basic Spring Boot and REST API knowledge
- SQL and database basics
- CGPA 6.5 or above with no active backlogs
- Good English communication skills
- Complete WILP Java induction programme
- Build features under senior Java developer guidance
- Write JUnit tests for assigned code
- Attend agile standups and sprint ceremonies
- Complete mandatory Wipro certifications within 3 months
