IT Support Executive

Birla Open Minds International School is seeking an IT Support Executive to maintain IT infrastructure, manage hardware and software, and provide technical support to staff and classrooms.

• Support staff with email accounts, system access, and IT-related queries
• Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper functioning of all devices
• Assist in setting up IT infrastructure for classrooms, events, and meetings
• Provide technical support for computers, printers, projectors, and other IT equipment
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems
• Troubleshoot network and system issues and ensure minimal downtime
• Ensure data security, system updates, and backups are maintained
• Coordinate with the IT team for system upgrades and maintenance activities

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology
• 1.5–3 years of experience in IT support or technical support roles
• Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of operating systems and IT security
