Tata Play is hiring an IT Support Engineer to provide Tier 2 support for its corporate IT infrastructure across Mumbai headquarters and branch offices. You will handle escalated hardware, software, and network issues, as well as manage IT assets and access provisioning.
The role involves proactive infrastructure monitoring, vendor coordination, and implementing IT policies across a 1,000+ employee organization. You will work closely with the IT Manager and collaborate with the corporate network and security teams.
- Provide Tier 2 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and AV systems
- Manage user provisioning and access control in Active Directory and Office 365
- Support network and VPN infrastructure for corporate users
- 2-4 years of IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS troubleshooting
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 administration
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
- Experience with endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune)
- MCSA or CompTIA A+ certification is preferred
- Resolve escalated hardware and software issues for corporate users
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Office 365
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranty claims
- Conduct IT asset inventory management
- Document resolved issues and maintain IT knowledge base
