Tata Play is hiring an IT Support Engineer to provide Tier 2 support for its corporate IT infrastructure across Mumbai headquarters and branch offices. You will handle escalated hardware, software, and network issues, as well as manage IT assets and access provisioning.
The role involves proactive infrastructure monitoring, vendor coordination, and implementing IT policies across a 1,000+ employee organization. You will work closely with the IT Manager and collaborate with the corporate network and security teams.
- Provide Tier 2 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and AV systems
- Manage user provisioning and access control in Active Directory and Office 365
- Support network and VPN infrastructure for corporate users
