The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining desktop, laptop, and workstation systems, as well as LAN & WAN networks. They will manage Microsoft Office Suite usage, client-server and peer-to-peer logical networking on Windows 7 and 10, configure and maintain servers, firewalls, Exchange, domain, web and anti-virus servers, and oversee IT infrastructure components.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and workstation issues
- Handle LAN & WAN network troubleshooting
- Maintain Microsoft Office Suite
- Configure and maintain client-server and peer-to-peer logical networking on Windows 7 & 10
- Manage IT infrastructure components including servers, networking products, firewalls, Exchange
- Configure and maintain domain, web server, firewall, and anti-virus server
