Provide reliable L1/L2 support during night shift hours, ensuring uptime and rapid incident response in a hybrid work environment.
- Monitor infrastructure and endpoints; respond to alerts and incidents
- Troubleshoot user issues (Windows, networking basics, email, printers)
- Perform routine maintenance and update documentation/runbooks
- Coordinate escalations with the L3/engineering team as required
- Maintain clear communication and handover notes between shifts
- Willingness to work night shifts on a rotational schedule
- Good understanding of Windows administration and basic networking
- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident workflows
- Certifications (e.g., CCNA, ITIL) are a plus
