IT Support Engineer

Modaform Living Pvt Ltd is seeking an IT Support Engineer to oversee the technical infrastructure and spearhead ERP implementation in its premium sofa manufacturing facility.

• Lead end‑to‑end ERP rollout across Production, Inventory, Finance, Sales, and other departments
• Conduct user training sessions for factory and office staff
• Perform data migration, ensure data integrity, and generate MIS reports
• Troubleshoot ERP‑related functional or technical issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop workstations
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi routers, switches, and internet connectivity
• Maintain peripherals such as industrial printers, barcode scanners, and plotters
• Oversee CCTV surveillance and biometric attendance systems
• Install and update Windows/iOS OS, MS Office, antivirus, and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max)
• Implement and monitor backup & recovery procedures
• Track and renew software licenses and AMC contracts
• Coordinate with ISPs and hardware vendors for repairs and replacements
• Evaluate and recommend new technology purchases to improve manufacturing efficiency

• B.Sc (IT/CS), BCA, or Diploma in Hardware & Networking
• 4–9 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Prior ERP implementation experience
