Capgemini India is hiring IT Service Desk Analysts for its delivery centre in Thiruvananthapuram. You will provide L1 IT support services to employees of a large European retail client, handling hardware, software, and access management issues via phone and chat.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh IT graduates in Kerala to start a stable IT career with a global IT company that offers structured career progression, skill certifications, and relocation support.

  • Provide L1 IT support via phone and chat to European retail company employees
  • Handle password resets, account provisioning, and common desktop issues
  • Log all incidents and requests in ServiceNow
  • BCA, B.Sc IT, or B.Tech in any field from Kerala or neighbouring states
  • Good spoken English for interacting with European users
  • Basic Windows OS and MS Office knowledge
  • Willingness to work in CET shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST)
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a bonus
  • Handle IT support calls and chats for European retail client users
  • Resolve L1 issues: password resets, software installs, account access
  • Escalate L2 issues with complete documentation
  • Meet SLA targets for ticket resolution and quality
  • Contribute to knowledge base documentation
