We are seeking an IT Recruitment Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding, screening, and hiring technical talent, including software engineers, developers, and IT specialists.
The intern will manage the full recruitment life cycle, from understanding technical needs with hiring managers to negotiating offers, ensuring a strong, skilled, and culturally aligned workforce.
- Ability to source potential candidates using boolean search, X-ray search, social media, and internal databases
- Strong screening and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using various platforms and tools
- Screening: Evaluate candidate profiles and conduct initial interviews
