Mahindra Comviva is hiring an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and manage the company's global IT infrastructure across data centres, offices, and cloud environments. You will lead a team of 10 IT professionals and be responsible for infrastructure strategy, uptime, and security compliance.
The role requires a hands-on manager who can drive strategic infrastructure decisions while also rolling up their sleeves on critical incidents. Experience managing hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure in a telecom or software company is preferred.
- Manage global IT infrastructure spanning on-prem data centres and AWS/Azure
- Lead a team of system admins, network engineers, and IT support staff
- Drive infrastructure modernization including cloud migration initiatives
- 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience with 3+ years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of data centre operations, networking, and cloud platforms
- Experience with ITIL-based IT service management
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud (AWS or Azure)
- ITIL Expert or PMP certification preferred
- Strong vendor and budget management skills
- Own IT infrastructure strategy, capacity planning, and budget
- Manage team performance, hiring, and professional development
- Oversee change management and incident management processes
- Lead cloud migration and infrastructure modernization projects
- Ensure compliance with information security and IT audit requirements
