Startek India is hiring IT Helpdesk Executives (Voice Process) for its Chandigarh operations centre. You will provide phone and remote desktop support to employees of a large UK-based retail company, handling hardware, software, and account access issues.
This is a great opportunity for ITI/BCA/B.Sc IT graduates to start their IT career in a supportive BPO environment. Startek provides full technical and soft-skills training before deployment on the client process.
- Provide Level 1 phone-based IT support to UK retail company employees
- Resolve common issues: password resets, VPN setup, printer problems
- Log all interactions in ServiceNow and follow ITIL processes
- 12th pass or Graduate with IT background (BCA, B.Sc IT, ITI Computer)
- Good English communication skills for UK customers
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and internet troubleshooting
- Willingness to work in UK shift (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST)
- Typing speed of 25+ WPM
- Handle IT support calls from UK retail employees
- Resolve L1 hardware, software, and access issues
- Escalate complex issues to L2 team with complete documentation
- Maintain ticket quality per ITIL guidelines
- Contribute to knowledge base improvement
