Concentrix India is hiring IT Helpdesk Analysts for a 24x7 IT service desk supporting 30,000 employees of a Fortune 500 US pharmaceutical company for hardware, software, and remote access support.
- 0–2 years IT support experience
- Windows 11, Office 365, and VPN troubleshooting basics
- ServiceNow ticketing tool knowledge
- Good spoken English for phone support
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred but not mandatory
- 24x7 shift rotation willingness
- Handle 35–45 IT support tickets daily via phone and email
- Troubleshoot Windows, Office 365, Outlook, and Citrix VPN issues
- Reset passwords and manage Active Directory accounts
- Log all tickets in ServiceNow with complete resolution notes
- Escalate P1 incidents to L2 resolver groups within 15 minutes
