Concentrix India is hiring IT Helpdesk Analysts for a 24x7 IT service desk supporting 30,000 employees of a Fortune 500 US pharmaceutical company for hardware, software, and remote access support.

  • 0–2 years IT support experience
  • Windows 11, Office 365, and VPN troubleshooting basics
  • ServiceNow ticketing tool knowledge
  • Good spoken English for phone support
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred but not mandatory
  • 24x7 shift rotation willingness
  • Handle 35–45 IT support tickets daily via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot Windows, Office 365, Outlook, and Citrix VPN issues
  • Reset passwords and manage Active Directory accounts
  • Log all tickets in ServiceNow with complete resolution notes
  • Escalate P1 incidents to L2 resolver groups within 15 minutes
