IT Business Analyst Consultant

The IT Business Analyst Consultant I supports low‑complexity projects by gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing functional solutions, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage. The role collaborates with business partners and technology teams, executes change control processes, and contributes to project initiation and planning.

• Collaborate with partners in test plan reviews to ensure coverage of defined functional requirements and support data analysis and validation from functional tests.
• Execute change control process to alter baseline deliverables and scope for low‑complexity projects, escalating deviations as needed.
• Consult on functional test plans and conditions for assigned applications/projects, ensuring all defined functional requirements are covered.
• Participate in and observe project initiation or planning for low‑complexity projects.
• Use appropriate tools and techniques to elicit and define requirements for relatively simple business processes or projects.
• Participate in information sessions to provide expertise in a focused business area by analyzing data and contributing to functional designs.

• Graduate degree (any field)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT business analysis
• Experience in functional design, requirements analysis, and test planning
• Proficiency in eliciting and defining requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
• Knowledge of change control processes
