Groww is hiring Investment Operations Executives to process mutual fund redemptions, stock trading settlements, and IPO allotment operations — ensuring 10M+ investors' investment transactions are processed accurately and on time every day.
- Any graduate with 0–2 years investment operations, depository, or back-office experience
- Basic mutual fund and stock market operation knowledge
- NISM Series V-A certification preferred
- Good computer and Excel proficiency
- Attention to detail and accuracy for financial reconciliation
- Freshers with commerce or finance background welcome
- Process mutual fund SIP, redemption, and switch operations daily
- Coordinate stock settlement and demat transfer with CDSL/NSDL
- Reconcile daily investment transaction data
- Handle IPO application and allotment processing
- Resolve investor account and operation queries
- Meet daily transaction processing volume and accuracy targets
