Livec Staffing Services Private Limited is hiring for an International Voice Process role in Pune with 100% Work From Office (WFO). The role requires managing inbound customer interactions in a 24/7 US shift environment.
- Handle inbound calls for international voice processes
- Provide effective customer support and resolve client queries
- Maintain quality standards as per process requirements
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an International Voice Process
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 / SVAR C1 CRT: 72% minimum)
- Flexibility to work in US shifts and 24x7 rotatational shifts
- Maximum 15 days notice period or immediate joining preferred
