International Voice Process Executive :: Salary upto 5.60 LPA (Gurugram)

WSNE Consulting is seeking an experienced and customer-focused International Voice Process Executive to handle customer interactions for international clients in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Handle inbound calls from international customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Understand customer queries, concerns, and requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT)
• Handle customer complaints, objections, and escalations professionally
• Follow defined SOPs, call-flow guidelines, quality standards, and compliance procedures
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions in CRM/ticketing systems
• Achieve assigned KPI, productivity, quality, AHT, FCR, and customer satisfaction targets

• 1-5 years of experience in International Voice Process / International BPO / Customer Support / Customer Service
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM / ticketing tools
• Willingness to work in rotational / international shifts, including night shifts
