- Handle 40–50 US homeowner insurance inbound calls daily
- Log first-notice-of-loss claims accurately in CRM
- Answer policy coverage and premium payment queries
- Maintain CSAT score above 88%
- Comply with US insurance regulatory guidelines on every call
