We are hiring Technical Support & Customer Service Executives for an international voice process in Hyderabad. This role involves handling customer queries and technical support issues over voice channels with robust English communication skills.
- Handle international voice process calls for technical support or customer service
- Communicate effectively with customers using a neutral accent
- Resolve customer queries and technical issues efficiently
- Graduate or UG with 18+ months of international voice experience
- Must have neutral accent and no mother tongue influence while speaking in English
- Technical experience required for the Technical Support Voice opening
- Immediate joiners only
- Ex-TCS/Tata employees are not eligible
