- Provide voice-based customer support for US and UK clients
- Manage customer interactions in a rotational shift environment
- Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls
- Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently
- Maintain required quality and performance metrics
- Graduates or Undergraduates as per process eligibility
- Freshers or candidates with up to 5 years of international/domestic BPO experience
