Acko is hiring Insurance Claims Specialists to manage motor and health insurance claims end-to-end, delivering Acko's promise of instant and hassle-free claims settlement for 70M+ policyholders.

  • 1–3 years motor or health insurance claims experience
  • IRDAI claims regulation understanding
  • Good analytical skills for claims investigation
  • Good written and spoken English and Hindi
  • Basic MS Office and insurance claims system proficiency
  • Manage 30–40 motor or health insurance claims daily
  • Verify claim documents and conduct initial investigation
  • Coordinate with surveyors, hospitals, and garages
  • Process claim settlements within IRDAI turnaround guidelines
  • Handle customer queries during the claims process
  • Meet claims settlement ratio and customer satisfaction targets
