EXL Service is hiring Insurance Claim Processors for a US property and casualty insurance client's claims operations BPO unit in Noida.
You will review, validate, and process first-party and third-party insurance claims accurately within SLA timelines.
- Any graduate with 1–2 years insurance or BPO experience
- Understanding of P&C insurance claims lifecycle preferred
- Strong data entry accuracy and speed
- Good written English for email communication
- Basic MS Office proficiency
- Review and validate US insurance claim documents
- Enter claim data into the client's claims management system
- Identify incomplete or fraudulent claim red flags
- Meet daily claim processing volume and accuracy targets
- Communicate with US adjusters via email for additional information
