You will handle inbound calls and emails from HR professionals, understand their hiring needs, and close monthly subscription deals.
- 0–2 years inside sales or tele-sales experience
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills
- Good telephone etiquette and consultative selling approach
- Basic MS Office and CRM tool proficiency
- Freshers with strong communication skills welcome
- Handle 50–60 inbound sales calls and emails daily from HR professionals
- Pitch Naukri recruiter subscription packages
- Close monthly targets of ₹3–5 lakh in subscription revenue
- Update Salesforce CRM with lead and deal activity
- Achieve upsell targets on existing accounts
