Naukri.com is hiring Inbound Sales Executives to convert warm inbound leads from HR managers and talent acquisition teams into paid Naukri recruiter subscriptions and hiring bundles.
You will handle inbound calls and emails from HR professionals, understand their hiring needs, and close monthly subscription deals.
- 0–2 years inside sales or tele-sales experience
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills
- Good telephone etiquette and consultative selling approach
- Basic MS Office and CRM tool proficiency
- Freshers with strong communication skills welcome
- Handle 50–60 inbound sales calls and emails daily from HR professionals
- Pitch Naukri recruiter subscription packages
- Close monthly targets of ₹3–5 lakh in subscription revenue
- Update Salesforce CRM with lead and deal activity
- Achieve upsell targets on existing accounts
