- Any graduate with excellent spoken and written English
- UK or neutral English accent preferred
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Good computer and CRM proficiency
- Willingness to work UK evening shifts (1 PM – 10 PM IST)
- Freshers welcome
- Handle 40–50 UK travel customer calls and chats daily
- Process flight, hotel, and package booking modifications
- Manage refund and cancellation requests per company policy
- Resolve loyalty programme point queries
- Maintain CSAT above 88% and FCR above 85%
