Pine Labs is hiring an HR Business Partner to support the engineering and product organisation of 600+ employees during the company's next phase of growth into APAC and global markets.
- 5–8 years HRBP experience with technology organisation focus
- Experience supporting engineering teams of 300+ employees
- Strong performance management and talent development
- Fintech or technology sector HRBP experience preferred
- MBA in HR from reputed institute
- Partner with Engineering and Product VPs on talent strategy
- Lead annual performance review for 600+ technology employees
- Handle complex employee relations cases
- Drive engagement survey action planning for engineering teams
- Support senior engineering hiring and onboarding
- Implement retention programmes for high-potential engineers
