Dream11 is hiring an HR Business Partner to support the Engineering and Product organisation of 400+ employees, partnering with engineering leadership on talent, performance, and culture during India's fastest-growing sports tech company's next phase of growth.
- 5–8 years HR experience with 3+ years as HRBP for technology teams
- Experience supporting engineering organisations of 200+ people
- Strong employee relations and performance management expertise
- Talent analytics and HRIS proficiency
- MBA in HR from reputed institute preferred
- Partner with Engineering VPs on talent strategy and workforce planning
- Lead annual performance review and calibration for 400+ engineers
- Handle complex employee relations cases
- Drive engagement survey action planning
- Support talent acquisition with senior engineering hiring
- Implement HR programmes to improve engineering retention
