Innovaccer is hiring a Healthcare Product Manager to own the value-based care analytics and quality measure reporting products serving 3,000+ US healthcare organisations — enabling health systems to improve clinical quality scores and reduce costs.
- 5–8 years PM with US healthcare technology experience
- Value-based care, ACO, and quality measures expertise: HEDIS, STARS, and MIPS
- FHIR and healthcare interoperability product understanding
- Strong SQL and clinical analytics skills
- US healthcare payer and provider ecosystem knowledge
- MBA or Master's in Public Health preferred
- Own value-based care analytics and quality measure reporting roadmap
- Build HEDIS, STARS, and MIPS quality measurement automation
- Define care management and care coordination product features
- Partner with US health system customers on product discovery
- Collaborate with clinical data scientists on AI feature integration
- Present VBC product strategy to Innovaccer CTO and US healthcare customers
