Innovaccer's AI Research team is hiring a Healthcare Data Scientist to publish cutting-edge clinical AI research — advancing predictive modelling, NLP, and LLM applications for population health management and value-based care.
- 5+ years healthcare data science with research publication track record
- Publications in JAMIA, npj Digital Medicine, or similar clinical AI venues preferred
- Clinical NLP and EHR-based predictive modelling expertise
- PyTorch and transformer model fine-tuning for clinical text
- US healthcare regulatory landscape: FDA AI/ML guidance
- PhD in Biomedical Informatics, CS, or Statistics preferred
- Conduct clinical AI research on population health and value-based care topics
- Publish research in top-tier clinical informatics and AI conferences
- Transfer research outcomes into Innovaccer product features
- Collaborate with US clinical partners on research study design
- Mentor junior data scientists on clinical AI research methodology
- Represent Innovaccer at HIMSS, AMIA, and clinical AI conferences
