- 3–5 years data engineering with healthcare domain experience
- FHIR R4 data models and HL7 v2/v3 message processing
- Apache Spark and PySpark for clinical data transformation
- Airflow for healthcare data pipeline orchestration
- AWS: S3, Glue, Redshift, and Athena
- HIPAA-compliant PHI data handling
- dbt for healthcare data modelling
- Build FHIR R4-compliant ETL pipelines for EHR and claims data
- Develop HL7 v2 ADT and ORU message parsing and transformation
- Design HIPAA-compliant data lake architecture for patient data
- Build clinical data quality monitoring and alerting
- Collaborate with data scientists on clinical ML feature pipelines
- Monitor pipeline SLAs for healthcare data freshness
