- 10+ years B2B or marketplace sales with 4+ years in sales leadership
- E-commerce or marketplace seller acquisition leadership experience
- Fashion, electronics, or FMCG distribution channel management expertise
- P&L ownership of ₹500Cr+ annual GMV from seller acquisition
- Team leadership of 15+ sales managers
- MBA from IIM/ISB or equivalent preferred
- Own enterprise seller acquisition strategy for fashion, electronics, and home categories
- Lead seller acquisition team of 15+ managers across India
- Build partnerships with leading Indian brand manufacturers and distributors
- Drive quarterly GMV targets from new seller onboarding
- Present seller growth strategy to Snapdeal CEO and board
