Lendingkart is hiring a Head of Engineering to lead a 60-person engineering organisation building the instant digital lending platform for 1M+ small businesses across India — one of the most impactful fintech engineering challenges in India.
- 12+ years engineering with 4+ years Head of Engineering or VP Engineering
- Fintech or digital lending engineering leadership experience
- Track record scaling engineering teams from 30 to 80+ engineers
- Deep understanding of lending platform architecture and credit tech
- Strong hiring and engineering culture building capability
- Lead and grow 60-person engineering organisation at Lendingkart
- Define lending platform technical architecture and engineering culture
- Own quarterly engineering OKRs and delivery commitments
- Recruit and retain top engineering talent
- Partner with CEO, CTO, and CPO on product and technology strategy
- Drive RBI NBFC technology compliance engineering
