Jupiter Money is hiring a Head of Engineering to lead a 40-person engineering team building India's most intelligent digital bank and financial super-app.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an engineering leader who can set technical strategy, hire top talent, and deliver world-class fintech products in a fast-moving startup environment.

12+ years engineering with 4+ years as Head of Engineering or VP Engineering
Deep fintech or digital banking domain expertise
Track record of scaling engineering teams from 20 to 60+ engineers
Proven ability to build and ship consumer financial products
Strong hiring, culture-building, and team development capability
B.Tech from IIT/NIT or equivalent

Lead and scale 40-person engineering organisation
Define technical architecture and engineering culture
Own quarterly engineering OKRs and delivery
Recruit and retain top engineering talent
Partner with CEO, CPO, and CTO on product and technology strategy
Drive fintech regulatory and compliance engineering
