- 12+ years engineering with 4+ years Head of Engineering or VP Engineering
- Fintech or investment platform engineering leadership experience
- Track record of scaling engineering teams to 150+ engineers
- Deep capital market platform and distributed systems architecture expertise
- Strong hiring, culture building, and engineering excellence focus
- B.Tech from IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent reputed institute
- Lead and grow 250-person Groww engineering organisation
- Define investment platform technical architecture and engineering culture
- Drive quarterly engineering OKRs for product delivery and reliability
- Recruit and retain top fintech engineering talent
- Partner with CEO, CPO, and CTO on technology and product strategy
- Present engineering roadmap to Groww board and investors
