MakeMyTrip is hiring a Growth Product Manager to own user acquisition, activation, and retention product features for the MakeMyTrip and Goibibo travel apps serving 35M+ active travellers.
- 4–6 years PM with consumer app growth experience
- Travel or e-commerce domain growth product experience preferred
- Strong SQL and cohort analytics
- A/B experiment design and statistical analysis
- Referral, loyalty, and incentive programme product experience
- MBA from top-tier institute preferred
- Own travel growth product roadmap: acquisition, onboarding, and retention
- Build loyalty and referral programme product features
- Run A/B experiments across travel search and booking funnels
- Analyse user cohort retention and identify churn prevention opportunities
- Present growth strategy to MakeMyTrip Group CEO
