Zepto is hiring a Growth Hacker to drive user acquisition and activation for India's fastest-growing 10-minute grocery delivery platform as it expands to 50+ new cities in 2026.
You will run paid media, referral, and partnership campaigns while building data-driven growth loops to acquire millions of new users cost-efficiently.
- 3–5 years growth marketing or product growth experience
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google UAC, and programmatic
- Strong SQL and attribution analytics skills
- A/B experiment design and measurement
- Quick commerce or food delivery domain experience preferred
- Good understanding of cohort retention analysis
- Manage ₹10Cr+ monthly paid user acquisition budget
- Build and optimise referral and incentive programmes
- Run A/B experiments on acquisition and activation messaging
- Analyse user cohort retention and identify drop-off points
- Present weekly growth metrics to founding team
