Whatfix is hiring a Growth Hacker to accelerate enterprise pipeline generation for the digital adoption platform across India and APAC through ABM campaigns, demand generation, and product-led growth experiments.

  • 3–5 years growth marketing or demand generation for B2B SaaS
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaign management
  • HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud proficiency
  • LinkedIn Ads and intent-based targeting
  • Strong SQL and marketing analytics
  • Enterprise SaaS buyer journey and L&D domain understanding preferred
  • Run ABM campaigns targeting Fortune 500 CHRO and CIO accounts
  • Build and optimise LinkedIn Ads campaigns for enterprise pipeline
  • Manage HubSpot lead nurture workflows for enterprise prospects
  • Run growth experiments to improve enterprise trial conversion
  • Produce weekly pipeline and MQL reports to CMO
