Google Cloud DevOps Engineer

As a Google Cloud DevOps Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing and automating resilient and secure DevOps practices on GCP. You'll support continuous integration/delivery pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, monitor application performance, and ensure production reliability.

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Google Cloud Build, Jenkins, or equivalent.
• Author and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Deployment Manager for provisioning and managing GCP resources.
• Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot Google Cloud services-Compute Engine, GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine), Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud Functions, etc.
• Integrate logging, monitoring, and observability tools (e.g., Google Cloud Operations Suite, Stackdriver, OpenTelemetry).
• Automate deployment strategies, manage configuration, and enforce compliance/security best practices.
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and maintain service uptime and performance.
• Collaborate across teams-Development, QA, Security, Operations-to integrate DevOps workflows and drive continuous improvement.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, etc.)
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Deployment Manager
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Google Cloud Build, Jenkins, or equivalent
• Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability tools
